I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my shipment has been handled.

I have been receiving delivery-related updates since 24 October 2026, indicating that the shipment is out for delivery. However, even after several days, the package has still not been delivered.

What is even more unacceptable is that my complaint (Case No. 3670284) has been marked as closed without resolving the actual issue. Sending an automated case-closure email does not mean the customer’s problem has been resolved.

I have already experienced repeated delivery failures, including incorrect operational remarks such as “Long Pincode” and “Doorstep delivery not attempted”, despite my delivery address being correct.

This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I am demanding the following actions immediately:

Senior-Level Escalation: Escalate this matter to the concerned regional operations manager and senior delivery management team.

Immediate Delivery: Ensure that my shipment is delivered to my doorstep without any further excuses or unnecessary delays.

Clear Delivery SLA: Provide a confirmed delivery commitment with a specific date and time. I expect delivery within the next 24 hours.

Written Explanation: Explain why the shipment has remained undelivered since 24 October despite repeated delivery updates.

Accountability: Confirm what corrective action has been taken against the delivery team for repeated failed delivery attempts and incorrect tracking remarks.

Complaint Reopening: Reopen Case No. 3670284 and keep it active until the shipment is physically delivered.

Please do not send another generic automated response or mark this complaint as resolved without actual delivery.

I expect a written response from a responsible escalation manager, along with a confirmed delivery SLA, within the next 4 working hours.

If Deliverymen.co.in cannot fulfil this basic delivery commitment, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the next level of grievance redressal and the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

Shipment delivery is your responsibility, and I expect Deliverymen.co.in to take ownership and resolve this issue immediately.
